Cancellation Policy

Your health and the health of all of our clients matter to us. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Rooted Elevation Wellness asks that you provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment within 24-hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service you were scheduled for if I can't re-book someone else for that time. If you fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged 100% of the service you were scheduled for.

Health & Wellness Policy

All clients with medical conditions, including pre-natal clients, should speak with their doctor before scheduling. Massage therapy services are provided for general purposes and not in place of professional medical care.

Minors Policy

Rooted Elevation Wellness accepts clients under the age of 18 with a written consent form filled out and on file. Minors under 18 will need a parent in the service room for the entire massage session.

Gift Certificates

Rooted Elevation Wellness offers Gift Certificates for sale. All sales are final. Each Gift Certificate will expire 12 months after purchase. Gift Certificates are redeemable for the purchased amount in services, no cash refunds. Create your account through this link and purchase one now.
